As a  reputable online and local bathroom furniture distributor, we have served over 2000 happy customers since 2004. Our company is located in Ontario, California, which is 45 Min from Downtown LA. To ensure best price for our customers, all our of products are direct imports, and stored in our 30,000 sqft warehouse that keeps about 800 units of our popular models in stock at any given time. 

  Q: How long does it take my order to be delivered.

A: We ship out your order with in 2 business days, and it takes 2-7 days in transition, depending on your distance from our warehouse 

Q: In what form should I expect the order to arrive?

A: To ensure safety in transit, we secure your order on a cutomized size pallet. Your order usually consist of multiple pieces including cabinet base, counter top, and mirrors. Small parts such as faucets and drains are placed inside the main cabinet.

Q: What if the item arrives damaged?

 A: Although we package your order with the most secured shipping method, damage do occur due to rough handling at time (about 1.5%) The good news is, your order is fully insured. Prior to delivery, the shipping carrier will contact you to schedule a time for you to be home to accept the order, we strongly advise you to INSPECT all packages for damages. If you find any damages, simply note that on the delivery receipt. We will send you a replacement thereafter.
